Following a long period of depression (several years) I went through a very profound feeling of rebirth and wanted to express it somehow.

Drawing the apple on larger scale gave the opportunity to express and project my thoughts and feelings on a global scale.  The colour red was symbolic of my feelings, these feeling consisted of having confidence, hope and new found sense of direction
